🌿Orders usually ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. If your order is placed later in the week it will ship the following Monday. If you need your shipment delayed, just let me know and I will hold it for you until you are able to receive it!  Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost if you prefer.

🌿I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, or delays caused by the post office. 

🌿All sales are final, however if your plant is dead on arrival I will replace it or refund you the cost of the plant.* Please send me photos of the plant within 12 hours of receiving it to request a replacement/refund. Please note that some browning or minor damage to leaves is to be expected during shipment and the plant will usually recover fairly quickly!

🌿International shipments are AT THE RISK OF THE BUYER. I will not refund international shipments under any circumstances. Many countries do not allow plants to be imported and there can be delays in customs that are too long for the health of the plant. 

🌿All plants are packaged with care!

❄️ WINTER WARNING ❄️There is always a risk when shipping tropical plants in cold weather. Heat packs are available in my shop and I will insulate the packaging to the best of my ability, but sometimes even this is not enough to keep the plant warm enough. Heat packs can raise the temperature inside the box 10º to 15º, but that is not much if the temperature outside is below 40º. Please keep this in mind, and consider waiting to order if the temperatures will be below 40º in your area (or in transit!).  Expedited shipping is recommended to protect the plant in cold weather by shortening the time spent in transit.
